Flat Fee Consultation

We charge an initial telephone consultation fee of $150.00 for first time clients. This fee covers the initial one half hour attorney consultation. Usually, simple legal questions can be answered during this initial consultation.

No Risk

If further legal research or professional services are required, then the initial consultation fee is credited toward those costs. For example, if during your initial consultation, you decide to retain Walton Law Firm to perform a legal service, such as sending or responding to a cease and desist letter, then the consultation fee you paid will be credited toward those costs.

Our Guarantee

At the end of your consultation, we expect you to feel like you received a heck of a value in relation to the money you spent to discuss your matter with us.  As a matter of fact, our clients tell us all the time that the consultation fee was, "the best hundred and fifty bucks [they] ever spent."  However, if at the end of your initial consultation you do not feel like you have received a good value, then we will refund your consultation fee. No questions asked.
