Flat Fee Consultation

We charge a reasonable initial telephone or in/person consultation fee for first time clients. This fee covers the initial attorney consultation (no fixed time-limit, but init.consults typically range from 30 to 90 minutes). Nearly any legal question can be answered during this initial consultation, but researched opinions may consume more time if the Internet/website legal matter if the issue is particularly novel or unique.

No Risk

The Consultation Fee and Future Legal Services. 

If further legal research or professional services are required, then the initial consultation fee is credited toward those costs. For example, if during your initial consultation, you decide to retain us to perform a legal service, such as sending or responding to a cease and desist letter, then the consultation fee you paid will be credited toward those costs.

Our Guarantee

We don't play.  At the end of your consultation, we expect you to feel like you received a heck of a value in relation to the money you spent to discuss your matter with us.  As a matter of fact, our clients tell us all the time that the consultation fee was, "the best money [they] ever spent on legal services."  However, if at the end of your initial consultation you do not feel like you have received a good value, then we will refund your consultation fee. No questions asked.
