Clarke Douglas Walton
Clarke Douglas Walton is a lawyer focused on Internet and Intellectual Property law. Mr. Walton
combines his formal legal training with his experience as a successful Internet entrepreneur to advise and counsel website owners
regarding issues related to copyright, trademark, and Internet law.
Prior to founding Walton Law Firm, Mr. Walton supervised website development and Internet marketing
initiatives as a managing executive of an industry leading search engine marketing firm.
Mr. Walton is also the founder of Wild
West Omnimedia, Inc. (“WWO”), an online publishing company. Today, WWO controls several popular websites including All Vegas Poker
, a well-known information resource for poker players visiting Las Vegas, Nevada.
Mr. Walton graduated, with honors, from the William S. Boyd School of Law at University of
Nevada-Las Vegas (“UNLV”). At UNLV Mr. Walton earned the William S. Boyd academic scholarship awarded to students ranked among
the top 10% of their class. Mr. Walton also served as a senior member of the Nevada Law Journal (“UNLV Law Review”). In his
first year of law school, Mr. Walton won top honors at the Clark County Bar Association Client Counseling Competition, outperforming
his entire law school class.
Mr. Walton earned his B.S. degree from Pepperdine University, where he completed his full
undergraduate coursework in less than three years.
Mr. Walton has completed academic studies in law, business, and history in: Italy, Israel, Greece,
Turkey, Japan, China, and Taiwan.
Mr. Walton is a member of the Nevada Bar, International Trademark Association, and
American Intellectual Property Law Association.
In his free time Mr. Walton enjoys international travel and rock concerts. He has visited more
than 30 countries throughout the world, and rocked out at more than 150 concerts, from Aerosmith to U2.
