Flat Fee Consultation

We charge an initial telephone consultation fee of $125.00 for first time clients. This fee covers the initial one half hour attorney consultation. Usually, simple legal questions can be answered during this initial consultation.

No Risk

If further legal research or professional services are required, then the initial consultation fee is credited toward those costs. For example, if during your initial consultation, you retain Walton Law Firm to perform a legal service such as federally registering your trademark or copyright, then the $125.00 consultation fee you paid will be credited toward those costs.
