Walton Law Firm is a boutique intellectual property law firm focused on copyright, trademark, and Internet law. Our office is physically located in Las Vegas, Nevada, however we serve clients worldwide.

We help web entrepreneurs and Internet businesses resolve legal issues. Our clients are primarily businesses with strong Internet interests such as e-commerce website owners, online publishers, website development companies, and Internet marketing firms.

Walton Law Firm was founded by attorney Clarke Douglas Walton, an experienced website owner and Internet marketer. Although experience building and operating websites is not a prerequisite to representing clients with Internet law problems, it certainly helps us understand and communicate with our clients.
